Not necessarily. While many patients come through a primary care physician or oncologist referral, you can also contact us directly to schedule an initial consultation. Our team will help coordinate with your referring doctor if needed.

Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, any imaging or pathology reports you have, and the name and contact of your referring physician. If you have a companion, they're welcome to join you.
